➤ How do I cancel my order?
In the event that you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours after the order confirmation at . Please note that any cancellation after 24 hours after order confirmation will no longer be allowed and will not be entertained.
In the margin note, a handling fee of USD8 will be charged or 10% of the product price will be charged as handling fee for the cancellation of the item (whichever is greater).

➤ When will I get my tracking number?

Put I put the wrong address for my order, can I change it?

➤ Did they charge me more than the product was advertised?
All our products are processed in USD. It is possible that the price is displayed in your local currency when you browse, but once you make the payment it will revert to USD. Any additional charges you may see on your bank statement will be applied by your bank due to the conversion fees and not to us.
